Как стать участником Школы
(регистрация для очного и заочного участия в Школе)
- Чтобы подать заявку, скачивайте анкету по ссылке и направляйте на адрес TBAksentyeva@rosatom.ru вместе со сканом паспорта (разворот + прописка). Дедлайн для регистрации — 1 августа 2026.
- Организаторы Школы проводят анализ информации заявителя, принимают решение об участии заявителя в Школе и высылают по электронной почте приглашение стать участником Школы.
- Получившим приглашение принять участие в Школе, Оргкомитетом оказывает финансовую поддержку (проезд к месту проведения Школы и обратно, проживание и питание в период проведения Школы).
- В течение недели с момента получения приглашения для участия в Школе участники школы при желании могут направить по электронной почте в адрес Оргкомитета ( lomcon@phys.msu.ru ) заявку на выступление с 20 мин. докладом по теме проводимых участником научных исследований. Данная заявка (направляемая по электронной почте) должна содержать: 1) ФИО, 2) название доклада, 3) краткую аннотацию. Вся информация представляется на английском языке. Программный комитет Школы проводит конкурсный отбор среди поступивших заявок на доклады и до 15 августа формирует программу 20-минутных докладов.
- Предпочтительным является личное участие в Школе, однако допускается и удаленный формат участия. В последнем случае Оргкомитет сообщит участнику информацию об удаленном подключении к заседаниям Школы.
- Оргкомитет обеспечивает размещение участников Школы для проживания в в период проведения Школы.

How to become a member of the School (registration for full-time and part-time participation in the School)
- To apply, download the application form from the link and send it to TBAksentyeva@rosatom.ru along with a scan of your passport (main page + registration page). The deadline for registration is August 1, 2026.
- The organizers of the School analyze the applicant’s information, decide on the applicant’s participation in the School and send an invitation to become a participant of the School by e-mail.
- The Organizing Committee provide financial support to applicants who have received an invitation to participate in the School to cover expenses for travel to and from the School venue, accommodation and meals during the School period.
- Within a week from the moment of receiving an invitation to participate in the School, the participants of the School, if desired, can send by e-mail to the Organizing Committee (lomcon@phys.msu.ru ) an application for giving a 20-minute talk on the topic of scientific research conducted by the participant. This application (sent by e-mail) must contain: 1) full name, 2) title of the report, 3) a brief summary. All information is provided in English. The Program Committee of the School conducts a competitive selection among the received applications for reports and forms a program of 20-minute reports until August 15.
- Personal participation in the School is preferred, but remote participation is also allowed. In the latter case, the Organizing Committee will inform the participant about the remote connection to the School meetings.
- The Organizing Committee provides accommodation for School participants during the School period.
